The Last of Us Part 2

- Reviewed on  PS4  - The Last of Us Part 2 released on June 19th, 2020. Regarded by many as a masterpiece in the world of video games, The Last of Us Part 2 takes you on a journey that'll make you feel pretty much all the emotions there is to experience (at least within a video game).  You'll be happy, excited, nervous, definitely sad / upset, and undoubtedly, 100%, you'll be angry while playing this game even if you're not invested in the story, although you should definitely be invested if you've played the first Last of Us game.  This review WILL have  Major Spoilers  so keep that in mind before continuing... What I immediately loved when I finished this game was the fact that A, Naughty Dog made a near perfect sequel (in my eyes), to satisfy the TLOU fanbase (well, at least what I have seen / read online) B, they answered all the questions the player(s) will undoubtedly have throughout this journey, and C, they will either get you to forgive Abby ...

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

- Reviewed on  Switch  - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe released on April 27th, 2017.  With the original Mario Kart 8, for Wii U releasing back in 2014, Nintendo re-released Mario Kart 8 for the Switch that included all the DLC from the previous version.  For this review, I will be focusing on the Deluxe edition of Mario Kart 8 (for Switch) which definitely is one of my all-time favorite switch games, and overall, Mario game.  This review WILL have  Major Spoilers  so keep that in mind before continuing... Combining the Mario universe with other characters such as Link, Splatoon Characters, Villager, Isabelle, etc. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has plenty of racers to choose from.  That being said, Nintendo could've done a better job with the character selection (within the Mario series) like choosing other, more memorable characters rather than baby chara...

Dead Rising 4

- Reviewed on  PS4  - Dead Rising 4 released on December 6th, 2016. Frank West returns to star in the fourth, official installment in the Dead Rising series, named Dead Rising 4.  With a huge open world to explore, hundreds of zombies spawned in at a time to take down, and Frank's humor at a all time high, Dead Rising 4 is / was set up perfectly in my taste (even with the few flaws as well).  This review WILL have  Major Spoilers  so keep that in mind before continuing... The overall gist of the story surrounding Dead Rising 4 has to do with main protagonist Frank West and his student Vicky Chu.  In the beginning of the story / game, (SPOILER) Vicky convinces Frank (with the promise of mini golf) to help her investigate a military base / compound of its suspicious activities.  As expected, this "suspicious activity" has something to do with zombies and another historic zombie outbreak in the world of Dead Rising.  With plenty of twists a...
